THE SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US

The Clean Can Company offers various subscription types: including rebillable monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS

With respect of The Clean Can Company subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that The Clean Can Company may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before The Clean Can Company reasonably could act.

ONLINE SIGN UPS / RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing recurring subscriptions, (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly), you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Charges will occur on the 30th, 60th or 90th day, depending on service selected from initial sign up date. Services may not coincide with the actual service date that the charges occur due to holiday’s, change in city trash schedules or in the event that your trash cans were not left out or emptied.

AUTOMATIC RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL TERMS

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly, bimonthly or quarterly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Subscription.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

To cancel your Recurring Subscription at any time, you may (i) send us a message at clean@thecleancancompany.com, or (ii) call us anytime at 214-227-1111.
